If the NHS funding is available for your appointment, we collect personal data from you to see if you can have that funding.

We use your personal information to deal with your queries, to provide you with the services you request, to determine whether you are eligible for NHS funding (if available), customer feedback, and general statistics and research.

Following an appointment booking, either via a phone conversation with one of our staff or Optical Home Eye Tests online,
all of our approved members of staff will have access to your name, address, and phone number. You can request that:

• we provide you with a copy of the information we hold about you;
• we correct inaccuracies in your information.

Statutory partners for investigations and audits such as the General Ophthalmic Council, the Police, the Information Commissioner.

We promote details of our trusted partners offers, services and products. We give the customer the choice whether they want to contact the partner directly, and share their own personal information.
If you are simply making an inquiry or request for information, we will use your personal information to reply to your inquiry or request. We will not use this information for marketing purposes without your permission or unless you invite us to do so.
We keep personal data :
• for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for;
